West Oxfordshire District Council’s Executive has agreed the next stage of developing the district’s new Local Plan, with further consultation taking place in late summer this year. 

Kilkenny Lane Park in Carterton, which receives 100,000 visitors a year, will undergo improvements and maintenance work later this year, as the Executive at West Oxfordshire District Council approve over £80,000 of Section 106 funding for the works. 

The green light for essential roof improvements at Chipping Norton's popular leisure centre was given by the Council’s Executive last week. The investment in the new roofing will ensure the facility remains fit-for-purpose for decades to come.
